• Source Documents: PDF reports, text files, and raw data uploaded specifically for conversion into presentations.
• Usage Data: Technical logs, client-side rendering performance metrics, and interaction analytics to improve our engine's stability and speed.

2. How We Use Your Information

Our use of your data is strictly functional. We use your uploaded documents and brand assets only to generate your requested presentations. We use your account information to provide customer support, manage billing, and communicate essential service updates.

3. Strict No-Training Policy

Because we service consultants, executives, and enterprise teams, we do not use any of your uploaded documents, generated slides, or proprietary data to train our foundational models. Your strategic narrative belongs to you, and our AI acts merely as a secure processing layer.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Raw documents processed by our API are encrypted in transit and at rest. If you are on an Enterprise plan with ephemeral processing enabled, source documents are completely purged from our servers immediately upon successful PPTX generation. Active users can manually delete their saved templates and brand kits at any time, which initiates a hard delete across our databases within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal or corporate data. We share data only with trusted, SOC2-compliant third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payment processing). These providers are legally bound by strict data processing agreements.

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
• AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
• Strict role-based access control (RBAC) internally.
