Description of Service
eSharax provides an AI-powered enterprise presentation platform designed to transform source documents into structured, brand-compliant presentation files.
Enterprise Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain ownership of documents, text, logos, brand assets, and other material you submit to the Service.
Our Platform: eSharax retains all rights to its software, algorithms, rendering systems, templates, interface, branding, and underlying technology.
AI Processing
Your submitted content is processed to provide the services you request. eSharax does not use customer content to train public or shared foundation models.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process confidential information without appropriate authorization.
- Generate unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
- Attempt to circumvent security controls or usage limits.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
Subscription and Billing
Paid features are billed according to the plan selected by the customer. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew according to their respective billing cycles. Enterprise customers may be governed by separate commercial agreements.
Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable matter.
